Chef Brad

Brad is currently the Director of Culinary Services for A’viands Food and Services Management.  Brad began his career over 30 years ago on the restaurant side of the culinary industry.

After receiving his degree in 1994, he became the executive chef of a prestigious retirement community catering to some of Seattle’s most elite retiree’s. Brad developed menus that were designed to enhance the quality experiences of the residents of the community.

In 2000 Brad returned to the Midwest and began his career with A’viands.  Brad’s success has resulted in numerous internal awards including the “Passion Award for Excellence”. Today, Brad oversees culinary concepts and menu development within A’viands while also in charge of leading the Culinary Council, as well as directing the A’viands Culinary Academy (ACA); which helps aid those within the company to further develop their culinary skills.

Brad uses his culinary experience to create recipes and menus that are balanced, progressive and exciting.
