Chef Brian

Chef Brian began his career in San Francisco, California, where he was born and raised. He brings to A’viands years of experience in high-volume fine dining with the ability and knowledge to make our company a successful industry leader in higher educational dining.

Prior to joining the A’viands team, Chef Brian was formerly the Executive Chef of the four-star Crowne Plaza Hotel, as well as Chef Owner of the Ole Store Cafe located in Northfield, Minnesota. At the Ole Store Cafe, Brian received the accolade of “Best Restaurant Worth the Drive” from Mpls-St. Paul Magazine and was summoned to cater the Chancellor of St. Olaf College’s wedding, in addition to private dinners for the Reverend Jesse Jackson, as well as Senator Bob Dole.
