It’s a Wrap!!
While our culinary travels have come to a close, the adventure lies ahead! Brian and I were very inspired by the culinary diversity of these three iconic cities. From The Big Apple we bring back experiences from China Town, Little Italy, Spanish Harlem and the “street foods” of Time Square. In Miami we were influenced by Cuban, Peruvian and other Hispanic cultures. Lastly San Francisco brought us inspiration using Cheeses, Breads, Seafood and Organics.
It was apparent in all three cities that fresh ingredients as well as utilizing locally produced or grown goods was essential to creating memorable dishes. We are reviewing the information we brought back from this trip. Our goal will be to use these experiences and inspirations to create future concepts and recipes for our great company. We bid you farewell and look forward to bringing you “tastes” from New York, Miami and San Francisco.
