The Traveling Chefs

Setting off from Minneapolis, Minnesota each summer, our Chefs Brad and Brian will be hitting the open road to tour some of the hottest culinary cities in the United States in search of great eats.
Follow along as they visit, taste, and learn about the regional cuisines that have become the make-up of North American cuisine. Brad and Brian will depart from Minneapolis each year and will be taking food tours, visiting organic farms and markets and eating at local restaurants to find out what the locals have been enjoying for years.
This site has been created to showcase and log their travels as they begin their latest culinary discoveries and adventures. You will be able to check Brad and Brian out daily to see pictures, video’s and notes of the highlights of their travels.
